Meet the Team Chris Conway

Chris is ARCC’s field services Director, he moved into telecoms in 1999, in search of a fresh start. After learning his trade in a large company, in 2002 he moved to a newly established business, where he could make more of an impact.

Here he established a key role and lead by example, setting up standards and introducing a good work ethic amongst the engineers. As a result, the business was consistently at the top of T-Mobile’s quality league tables.

Always in search of new challenges, in 2007 Chris moved to a renewable energy company – where he learnt invaluable experience in tower building, and using derrick poles, gin poles winches and turfers.

Then came ARCC … the opportunity to work with his brothers, and the challenges of a new business, were hard to resist. Chris immediately started building a hard-working and quality-driven team. He always looks to set standards above those required, and beyond clients’ expectations. In his view, setting up quality installations is the route to individual job satisfaction and a happy workforce.
